Orders are dispatched within one business day if ordered before 12 pm Monday to Friday. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.         

 

  • Orders

We offer free standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £40. Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Your products will be despatched within one business day of your order. 

 

  • Returns

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds for unopened and untampered products that remain in their original packaging.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
To start a return:
  1. Please send us a short email at hello@revaivve.com to let us know. In your email, specify these 3 things:  your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return. This will ensure that your request is processed correctly and quickly.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Please note: the customer is responsible for covering the return delivery costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following: menstrual care products (e.g., cups, tampons, pads, liners, discs, underwear). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.                
  
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

  • Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Remember, it does take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your statement.
